Nem-S-Iss & R-LOW Music News: June 2008

Hey R-LOW Music fans,

It's been a while since we did an update, and we wanted to d appologize for the delay. But we are back at it with quite a bit of news.
We have finally launched our website where you will be able to check out our latest music and videos, as well as find more information about R-LOW Music's artists and company. You will also be able to purchase albums, and find links to all the R-LOW Music affiliated sites. Check it out now at http://www.rlowmusic.com/!

R-LOW Music's own DJ Dub C and I have started an all Canadian hip-hop radio show called 'Beats From The Streets". The show airs every Monday from 9pm-11pm on Trent Radio 92.7 FM in Peterborough, as well as streamed online at http://www.trentradio.ca/stream.htm. We felt that Canadian hip-hop had been slept on for far too long, and we decided to do something about it! We had noticed one of the problems is that alot of Canadian hip-hop artists seem to have a fanbase almost exclusive to the GTA. Thus we have created this radio program as the perfect outlet for Canadian hip-hop artists to gain some exposure, and increase their fanbase outside of Toronto. Our goal is to get people listening and supporting quality Canadian hip-hop artists that they might not have known previously existed.

Those of you who have been with us since last summer will remember we dropped the hit 'Canada Eh', which made its mark all across the country. This summer we've released the new single 'Can We' featuring Baby Grhyme, G-Dot, H Da Monsta, & Stimps, which we expect to be just as successful. You can check that track out now at www.rlowmusic.com/music/canwe.mp3.

Lastly we wanted to inform everyone that in August we will be releasing the double cd, 'Before The Fame Part 2: The Best Of Nem-S-Iss'. This album will include all your favorite Nem-S-Iss classics including 'Just Stepped Up', 'Hate The Game', & 'Trash Man', as well as new tracks such as 'Today' & 'Can We'. It will also feature several never released tracks including the remix to 'Canada Eh' featuring Baby Grhyme, Magnum, 357, Deuce-Deuce, & Luu Breeze.
